CONTACT USA is a membership organization of Agencies that maintain at least one active CONTACT USA accreditation. CONTACT USA accredited agencies have access to all member benefits, as indicated below. An Agency that does not maintain at least one active CONTACT USA accreditation is welcome to be an Affiliate Member, and have access to the benefits indicated below. An Agency that is not yet accredited by CONTACT USA, but is in the process of doing so, may be a provisional member for a period of one year. Provisional members have access to Affiliate Member benefits, along with the provisional benefits indicated below.
All members must sign an annual statement of values indicating that they agree with CONTACT USA in the value and promotion of: unconditional regard for and acceptance of all people; excellence in service delivery: diversity; communication; integrity; and hope for anyone in need of emotional support.
